System Configuration: Install, configure, and upgrade SharePoint systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.


User Management: Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and roles within SharePoint Online.


Content Management: Develop and manage content databases and site collections, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.


Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.


Automation: Create and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks and streamline processes.


Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SharePoint policies, procedures, and user guides.


Collaboration: Work closely with developers, network administrators, and other IT staff to deploy custom SharePoint solutions and resolve issues.


Training: Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and use of SharePoint features.


Security: Ensure the security and stability of the SharePoint environment, addressing any performance, availability, or capacity issues.



Preferred Skills:

Experience with other Microsoft 365 services and integrations.


Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery operations for SharePoint environments.
