Salesforce Test Lead

8+ years of experience in Testing Salesforce applications
Extensive knowledge of Salesforce functionalities, customizations, and configuration options across different clouds
Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies aligned with project requirements
Estimate testing efforts and timelines
Manage and mentor a team of QA testers, assigning tasks and providing guidance
Strong experience in test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect management
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information to both technical and non-technical stakeholder
Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of tester
Familiarity with Agile development practices and ability to adapt to iterative testing cycles
Communicate test progress, findings, and risks to project stakeholders.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure test coverage
Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified QA) will be added advantage
