CyberArk Admin PAM Engineer is responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform. This includes managing the CyberArk infrastructure, monitoring system performance, and providing L2\L3 work to resolve issues related to privileged account management. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles and be eager to learn and grow within the field.

Responsibilities:

*Collaborate with a dedicated team to support the operation and continuous maturity enhancement of core technologies.
*Design, deploy, and manage PAM solutions (CyberArk) to ensure privileged access to critical systems and information.
*Assist in the administration and maintenance of the CyberArk PAM solution, including the management of safes, platforms, and policies.
*Monitor the health and performance of the CyberArk environment, responding to alerts and notifications in a timely manner.
*Provide first-level support for issues related to privileged account access, including password checkouts, session management, and account onboarding.
*Participate in the onboarding of new accounts into the CyberArk platform, ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices.
*Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to implement enhancements and updates to the CyberArk infrastructure.
*Document standard operating procedures, system configurations, and incident reports.
*Assist in the development and delivery of CyberArk user training and awareness programs.
*Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and evidence related to CyberArk operations.
*Stay up-to-date with the latest CyberArk features, updates, and industry best practices.
*Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching, upgrades, and backups of the CyberArk environment
*Articulate and communicate security risks and recommended options to balance security and productivity with other security teams, internal customers and leadership.
*Collaborate with system administrators, principal engineer, and PAM architect to ensure smooth integration of CyberArk.
*Assist in troubleshooting, resolving issues, and end-user support regarding operations and general onboarding.
*Presence for L2 and L3 support and after-hours work, if necessary.
*Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and ability to support and troubleshoot end-user issues.
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
*Be able to clearly communicate with senior leadership in highly stressful situations.
*Primary shift will be 3:30 PM IST to 12:30 PM IST.

Requirements

3-6 years of relevant experience in CyberArk.

Experience in installation, configuration, and administration of CyberArk components like Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM and Conjur/DAP & AAM.

*Good to have scripting automation of tasks in PowerShell, Python, or other similar languages
*Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
*Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and Unix as well as network devices, Active Directory, and databases.
*Experience with traditional and modern authentication and authorization protocols and mechanisms such as Kerberos, LDAP, SAML, SCIM, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC.
*Excellent communications skills with hands on experience collaborating with global teams.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills & Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment & Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.

Minimum Educational Qualifications

B.E/ B.Tech (IT/CS Preferred)
