Pre-Sales Solution Architect

Solution Design: Develop and design technical solutions that meet customer requirements and align with NetApp s product offerings.
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their business needs and technical requirements.
Technical Presentations: Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers, showcasing the value and capabilities of NetApp s solutions.
Proposal Development: Create detailed proposals and responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposals), including technical specifications and project timelines.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure solutions are feasible and align with product capabilities.
Proof of Concept (PoC): Lead the development and execution of PoCs to demonstrate the effectiveness of proposed solutions.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Qualifications and certifications

Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 12+ years of experience in a presales or technical consulting role, preferably in the Storage, Technology or Software industry.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of NetApp s product suite, cloud computing, and enterprise architecture. Familiarity with consulting process is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
Certifications: NetApp Certified Technology Solutions Professional (NS0-004), Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, TOGAF, ITIL) are advantageous.
