Detailed Job Description Functional Design Related Responsible for translating the requirements into viable functional designs, while maintaining the integrity of the product Composing User Storie so Maintaining User Stories consistent with the Features and the Development Spearheading the Backlog grooming Responsible for functional design and documentation Testing related Responsible for developing testing strategy Directing test script maintenance Developing new test scripts Modifying existing scripts Managing the work load of the testing team Functional Team related Up skilling the team on Collections / market trends Review and guide the work of junior analysts on the team Confirm the transfer of knowledge as necessary throughout the project Provide supervision and task management for the functional team Serve as the functional teams point of escalation Creating artifacts for knowledge sharing across different teams User Documentation related Responsible for ensuring that system and training documentation is updated for the release Make necessary updates to the system and training documentation
