Job Description
Lead & Responsible to design, optimize, test & validate hardware & software at component level & system level for EV application Inverter/controller (Low voltage & High Voltage) Responsible for design & development of Power electronics, Low voltage and High voltage circuit design, MOSFET/ IGBT/SiC, Microcontroller selection, Design of signal conditioning circuits etc. Expertize in different control techniques used in controller for EV application Including FOC, DTC etc. Responsible for supplier selection considering cost, quality, durability & application Responsible for proto development & assembly for power board & control board of Inverter Responsible for DFMEA, PFMEA, DVP&R of Inverter/Controller and testing the Inverter/controller with motor at component & vehicle level Responsible for requirements management and product datasheet generation for the defined products and lead technical discussions with design and concept teams during product development Lead the in-system test and validation of new developed products in actual target application/system and ensure requirements initially provided are fulfilled Responsible for team mentoring, work plan, KRA, performance rating/evaluation etc. Lead the field failure related Issue & provide solutions in terms of ICA/PCA
