Job Description
The Regional Service Head will be responsible for leading and managing the after-sales service operations for electrical products (Fans, Water Heaters, and Pumps) across multiple branches within a designated region. This role includes overseeing service performance, ensuring adherence to company standards, and managing service teams, including Branch Service Heads, service engineers, and third-party service providers. The Regional Service Head will also handle defective product management for channel partners and conduct regular visits to channel partners to maintain strong relationships and ensure service excellence. This position plays a key role in optimizing service operations, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring seamless coordination across all branches in the region.
