Position Summary: The Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) will be responsible for leading the financial planning process, forecasting, budgeting, and providing analytical insights to support business decision-making. The role will work closely with senior management, business units, and other stakeholders to ensure financial goals are met and identify areas for improvement in financial performance. The ideal candidate will have strong financial analysis skills, experience in forecasting and budgeting, and the ability to communicate complex financial data in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Forecasting:

Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly/quarterly forecasting cycles.
Prepare and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes.
Analyze and review financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis and actionable insights.
Collaborate with department heads to understand financial performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
Business Performance Analysis:

Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business improvement.
Monitor key financial and operational metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Support management in decision-making by offering data-driven financial insights and recommendations.
Reporting & Communication:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management, including executive summaries and presentations.
Communicate financial performance, forecast variances, and strategic initiatives to stakeholders.
Develop reports for board meetings and investor presentations, as required.
Financial Modeling & Scenario Analysis:

Develop financial models for strategic initiatives, capital expenditures, and other business decisions.
Perform scenario analysis to assess the financial impact of potential business changes, investments, or strategic initiatives.
Cost Management:

Work with various departments to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
Assist in managing operational costs and ensuring financial efficiency across departments.
Cross-functional Collaboration:

Partner with other departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, Marketing, HR) to understand their financial needs and provide actionable insights.
Act as a financial business partner, providing guidance and support to non-financial teams.
Process Improvement:

Continuously evaluate and enhance the FP&A processes and tools for greater efficiency and accuracy.
Implement best practices for financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
