Manager - Engineering and Maintainance

1. Capex Operations:

Experience of handing CAPEX projects like HT Yard (33KV), executing factory & building capex including civil, electrical, cranes installation etc.

Appropriate exposure with vendors of these fields

Knowledge of VCB/transformers/cables/ engineering tools (production and testing related)

Basic knowledge of SAP will be added advantage

2. Maintenance Operations:

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance (CM), and predictive maintenance (PdM) for all electronic and electrical systems in the railway traction plant.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex electronic control systems, traction motors, power supplies, and related electrical components.
• Monitor and assess the health of plant machinery and systems, including circuit breakers, transformers, rectifiers, inverters, and control panels.
• Conduct routine testing and calibration of equipment and instrumentation.

3. Technical Support:

• Provide technical support for plant operations, assisting in the diagnosis of faults and providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
• Interpret and analyze fault codes, diagnostic data, and system logs to identify performance issues.
