Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, panels, and wiring.
Conduct routine maintenance of industrial machines, sensors, and control systems.
Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and codes.
2. Equipment Management & Repairs
Diagnose and repair faulty electrical components.
Inspect and test electrical systems using diagnostic tools like multimeters.
Replace defective components, such as relays, circuit breakers, and switches.
3. Industrial Automation Support
Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting PLC systems, VFDs, and automation lines.
Install and configure electrical components, including motors, transformers, and control circuits.
4. Safety & Compliance
Follow industry safety standards
Maintain detailed maintenance logs, inspection reports, and safety records.
5. Site Visits (Installation or Troubleshooting):Visit customer sites to install machines and ensure proper operation.Check for issues and fix problems on-site.Train operators at customer locations on using machines.Report problems that require higher-level troubleshooting or extra parts.
Requirements
ITI Electrician certification from a recognized institution.
Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred.
Knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, wiring, and industrial panels.
Familiarity with PLCs, automation systems, and electrical troubleshooting.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
