Job Description
1. Order Management: Drive regional sales of Drives and Automation products, including VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, Servos, and solar inverters; provide technical and pricing support to meet revenue targets. 2. Sales & Collection: Coordinate with customers for order execution and manage receivables to ensure timely collections. 3. Product Promotion: Promote and increase market share of products through seminars, presentations, and continuous client engagement. 4. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the regional sales team to achieve business goals and align with strategic objectives. 5. Service Management: Oversee the regional service team to ensure high-quality after-sales support for Drives and Automation products. 6. Market Strategy: Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and develop growth strategies. 7. Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly. 8. Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align product offerings with market needs and resolve technical challenges. 9. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain accurate sales and service reports. 10. Budget Management: Manage the regional budget effectively to meet profitability and operational targets.
