1. Supporting after Sales Service, providing service to customer and dealers for all product lines of Power system Switchgear products. 2. Product knowledge in Switchgear products like HV GIS, CT, PT, CVT, IVT Bushings 3. Monitoring Daily ASC (Authorized Service Contractors) operation for customer support. 4. ASC operation for repairs. 5. Bills clearing of ASCs on Regular/Monthly basis. 6. Spares (FOC & Chargeable) Support to Customer and ASCs. 7. Feedback on complaint resolution, product quality and customer feedback 8. Training to Customer and ASCs.
