Responsible for overall design and development for transformer business of T2-division: - 1) Develop and install appropriate product & process technology for achieving technological superiority. 2) Meeting design output requirements in line with divisional growth targets. 3) Develop and implement solutions to achieve consistently competitive and optimized designs. 4) Contribute to lower costs through product innovations and value engineering 5) Reduce design errors through corrective actions and deployment of exclusive resource on improvement activities 6) Develop new products in line with new technology. 7) Automation to achieve consistency & control in design documentation 8) Able to lead design team and able to nurture team members.
