As a Senior Manager - E-Commerce Key Account Management (KAM), you will be responsible for managing strategic relationships with key online retailers and marketplaces, driving sales growth, and ensuring the optimal performance of our e-commerce partnerships. You will be instrumental in developing strategies to maximize business opportunities with major accounts, negotiating terms, and aligning business goals with customer needs. This role requires strong leadership, e-commerce expertise, and the ability to manage complex client relationships.
Key Account Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key e-commerce accounts (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, etc.), ensuring mutual growth and alignment with business objectives.
Sales Growth Strategy:
Create and execute strategies to increase sales, improve product visibility, and drive growth across key e-commerce platforms. Identify new business opportunities and expand relationships with key partners.
Negotiation and Contracts:
Lead negotiations with key accounts on pricing, promotional campaigns, and contractual terms. Ensure favorable terms and monitor account compliance with agreed-upon standards.
Performance Monitoring:
Track and analyze sales performance, customer engagement, and campaign success. Use data-driven insights to recommend strategies for optimization and improved account performance.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of e-commerce initiatives and resolve any operational issues. Ensure product offerings are aligned with customer preferences and market demand.
Market Trend Analysis:
Monitor e-commerce market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Budget and P&L Management:
Oversee budget allocation for key accounts and manage the profitability of these accounts. Ensure the efficient use of resources to drive revenue.
Customer Success and Retention:
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and proactively managing account needs. Implement strategies to improve customer retention and long-term success.
