Incumbent will be responsible for following activities: Managing receivables and ensuring timely collection of payments. Effectively managing inventory to optimize stock levels and minimize holding costs. Handling accounts payables to ensure accurate and timely payment processing to vendors. Navigating through complex compliance requirements under GST laws and ensuring statutory compliances. Resolving discrepancies or issues related to payment delays, invoicing, claims, and reconciliations. Dealing with diverse stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, and addressing their financial queries or concerns. Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation for audits and internal reporting purposes. Staying updated with changing regulations and industry trends to adapt financial practices accordingly. Balancing multiple tasks and deadlines, prioritizing work effectively, and managing time efficiently. Collaborating with cross functional teams to gather necessary information and support for financial processes.
