• The QA Lead Analyst, as a member of the Finance Transformation Team, is responsible for leading and supporting the day-to-day activities of the testing team on various initiatives within Eatons Global Finance Shared Services organization.
• This role ensures deliverables are aligned with the different phases of the software development lifecycle and supports a wide range of projects, primarily focused on SAP ECC, SAP S/4 Hana, and its boundary systems.
• The Lead works closely with technical and functional experts on global projects to guide testing efforts according to Eatons prescribed methodologies.
• In this position, the QA Lead Analyst is tasked with driving process improvements, developing testing artifacts for complex projects, and executing hands-on testing leveraging various tools such as SQL, Tosca, Panaya etc
• The QA Lead analyst plays a critical role in ensuring that testing efforts deliver high quality solutions while continually improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing processes
• Team Leadership & Coordination - Lead and coordinate a team of testers, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and providing guidance to ensure the successful completion of all testing activities
• Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, DBAs, and Developers to understand requirements and ensure testing aligns with the overall project goals and timelines
• Cross-Functional Collaboration- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the testing efforts are integrated seamlessly with other project activities and that any issues impacting quality are addressed promptly
• Test Planning & Strategy - Develop detailed test strategies and plans that define the scope, timelines, resources, and methodologies for each testing phase, ensuring alignment with the project goals and quality standard
• Test Execution - Execute or oversee various levels of testing, including unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT), utilizing tools such as Panaya or JIRA test management plugins to ensure comprehensive test coverage

Requirement:

• Bachelor s Degree required.
• 8-10 years of progressive quality assurance experience supporting medium to large projects, with hands-on involvement in all phases of software testing (Planning, Design, Execution, and Closure).
• Strong understanding of industry standards, methodologies, and terminology, with the ability to drive testing best practices.
• Experience analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes within SAP, including bolt-ins and custom solutions.
• Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging tools and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and executing tests for large, complex applications, with a focus on continuous process optimization.
• Experience assessing and implementing opportunities for Test Automation and process streamlining.

• 4-7 years of experience with defect management and test management tools.
• 4-7 years of practical knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP FICO (AP, AR, GL) and SAP bolt-ins.
• Experience with SAP bolt-on integrations (e. g. , SAP Ariba, Concur, SuccessFactors) is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Skilled in time management, task prioritization, and process optimization.
• Excellent communication skills for facilitating discussions, interacting with cross functional team members, and exercising sound professional judgment.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members, while continuously improving testing strategies and outcomes.
• Self-motivated, with a proven ability to drive innovation and operational excellence in quality assurance and testing processes.
