Reporting: Analyze test results and provide regular reports to the project team, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, providing them with the necessary training and support.

Skills and Experience:
Experience operating in an HR environment and initiatives a plus.
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software testing or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
Experience in leading and managing testing teams, particularly in HR transformation projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working in a global environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of HR technology platforms, such as Oracle, Workday, and ServiceNow.
Experience with end-to-end data flows and integrations.
