- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, providing them with the necessary training and support.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that testing activities align with project goals and timelines.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, both within and outside the organization.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience operating in an HR environment and initiatives a plus.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software testing or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
- Experience in leading and managing testing teams, particularly in HR transformation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in a global environment.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of HR technology platforms, such as Oracle, Workday, and ServiceNow.
- Experience with end-to-end data flows and integrations.
- Experience in developing and deploying internal solutions.
- Experience with payroll and benefits testing
