CG Corp Global is seeking an experienced Business Unit Head (BUH)/CEO to lead our Two-Wheeler Business Unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for the motors division, driving business growth, ensuring profitability, and enhancing market share.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Develop and implement the business strategy to drive sales, market penetration, and brand positioning.
✔ Oversee product development, sales, marketing, and operations to achieve business objectives.
✔ Ensure profitability and growth by managing budgets, resources, and performance.
✔ Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
✔ Strengthen customer relationships and enhance brand value in the competitive two-wheeler market.
✔ Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer preferences to formulate actionable insights.
✔ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

🔹 Education: MBA or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field.
🔹 Experience: 18+ years of leadership experience in automobile, two-wheeler, or related industries.
🔹 Proven track record of managing P&L, business expansion, and strategic decision-making.
🔹 Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
🔹 Expertise in sales, marketing, product management, and operational execution.
