CS Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Incorporation of companies, LLPs, Firms.
• Advice and opinions on corporate and FEMA related matters.
• Ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, FEMA and other corporate laws
• Preparing corporate documents in compliance with secretarial standards
• Communicates with clients independently.
• Good hold on provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 mainly on Incorporation Strike off Private 2013, mainly on Incorporation, Strike off, Private Placement, Corporate Social Responsibility.
• Experience of FEMA Annual Returns, FCGPR, FCTRS filings.

SKILLS

• Good knowledge of corporate secretarial law and be familiar with Companies Ordinance, rules and regulations of regulatory bodies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, Drafting & Writing Skills.
