Role & responsibilities

Articleship Trainee

• Assist in day-to-day accounting and tax preparation tasks.
• Work with senior accountants to learn about financial audits, compliance, and reporting.
• Support in tax filing, financial reporting, and preparation of management accounts.
• Gain hands-on experience with accounting software and financial tools.

Paid Assistant

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the finance team.
• Manage financial data, inputting and updating accounting records.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining financial documents and reports.
• Handle basic accounting tasks such as data entry, reconciliations, and supporting audits.

Finance Executive

• Assist in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports to aid in business decision-making.
• Support month-end closing, accounts payable/receivable, and general accounting functions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and support in audits and tax filings.

CS Fresher/Qualified

• Exposure to Company Law, IPO preparation, and listing compliances.
• Assist in merger and amalgamation processes and FEMA compliances.
• Prepare minutes of meetings and maintain secretarial records for listed and public companies.
• Conduct secretarial audits and assist in due diligence activities.
• Support in drafting and maintaining corporate governance documentation and compliance requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Basic understanding of accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
• For CS role: Knowledge of Company Law, IPO process, FEMA, and corporate governance.
• Experience with accounting or secretarial software (Tally, SAP, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
