•Conducting Board, Committees & Shareholder's Meetings.
•Preparation of Notices, Agendas & supporting documents.
•Maintaining Statutory compliance under Companies Act, 2013.
•Drafting & vetting of Agreements & Contracts.°•Good Accounting knowledge with business laws like Income Tax, GST etc
•Exp in corporate office with turnover of 400+ Cr.Preferably have exp of listing compliance
•Good Communication & writing skills.°
