Assistant Vice President (IT)

Job Description: The role will include but not limited to the following:

- Previous experience of delivering IT service management in an ITIL environment

- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that includes cloud infrastructure (Azure), networking (CCNA), WAN optimization, and system implementation to support business growth and operational needs.

- Oversee the design, implementation, and management of the organizations WAN infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

- Provide expertise in CCNA-level network management, including troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization of routers, switches, and other network devices.

- Ensure network reliability and integrate remote offices and cloud environments effectively.

- Working knowledge of information security.

- Advanced analytical skills that enable comprehension and resolution of complex business and technical issues

- Strong operational process and procedure development

- Advanced commercial acumen and supplier management exposure

- Experience of deploying Infrastructure as a Service and Software as a Service, e.g. O365, gsuite, etc.

- Capacity management in virtualized and/or Cloud architectures

- Microsoft solution architecture on MS365 and AWS, including specifying and selecting the appropriate Server template to fulfil business requirements

- Networking, to include as a minimum understanding subnetting & routing

- Experience of managing IT Team

- Self-motivated individual with good business understanding. Should demonstrate commitment to organizational growth

- Should possess effective communication skills;
