Job Description

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Experience: 8 - 10 years

CTC: 20 - 25 lacs pa

Job Responsibilities:

Management Reporting :Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for all regions.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data.
Create dashboards and KPIs tailored to support strategic decision-making at various levels of the organization.
Leverage tools like Google Data Studio to design and deliver intuitive, insightful, and interactive reporting solutions.
Data Analysis :Work with and analyze large, complex data sets to provide actionable insights.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports.
Develop and automate data pipelines to streamline reporting processes.
Forecasting and KPI Implementation :Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, including cash flow forecasting, by collaborating with regional finance teams.
Identify, understand, and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the retail business.
Provide regular analysis of KPIs, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.
Process Improvement and Tools Implementation :
Design and implement a solid management reporting function across all regions.
Identify gaps in existing reporting systems and recommend improvements.
Introduce and optimize tools/software, including NetSuite and Google Data Studio, to enhance reporting accuracy, efficiency, and accessibility.
Collaboration and Communication :Maintain constant communication with stakeholders across regions to understand their requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Act as a liaison between finance teams and operational units to drive effective decision-making.
Compliance and Policies :Ensure compliance with internal policies, international accounting standards, and local regulatory requirements.
Assist in audits and other financial compliance processes, as needed.
Leadership and Team Development :Build and manage a team to support the growing needs of the reporting function.
Provide training and mentorship to ensure professional growth and alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or equivalent professional qualification.
A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in NetSuite accounting software.
Experience with Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work with and analyze large volumes of data effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders across regions.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
