Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager with expertise in corporate eLearning sales. In this role, you will drive business growth by identifying and closing opportunities with corporate clients, positioning our solutions to meet their training needs.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Identify, engage, and manage corporate clients in the eLearning space.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client objectives.
- Track and report on sales activities and progress using CRM tools.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on corporate eLearning.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth understanding of corporate training and eLearning trends.
- Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications. Annual performance-based appraisals.
