Senior Officer Certification

Job Title: Senior Officer - Certification Job Summary: The Senior Officer Certification will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of certification processes within the organization. This includes coordinating with internal teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations, developing and implementing certification body processes, and conducting reviews to ensure adherence to ISO standards. Roles & Responsibilities:1. Responsible for report review including tech review & decision making for audit files for various management system standards (like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001 etc.) 2. Responsible for report review team activities of certification body related to management system certification.3. Meeting the Global KPIs related to CB functions (like report review, technical review, auditor qualification)4. Support in conducting Internal quality audits of CB / branch offices as per procedure.5. Collection & publication of MIS related to CB activities (e.g., Global KPIs, Rejection rates, etc.) monthly basis.6. Responsible to handle the annual accreditation audits and support in closure of findings / appropriate CAPA and analysis.7. Good prioritization skills and be flexible enough to adapt changes Job Requirement:

1. Bachelors degree in a related field, such as business, quality management, or a technical discipline.
2. Minimum of 4+ years of experience in certification, compliance, or quality assurance roles.
3. Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards related to certification processes.
4. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with multiple teams and external partners.
5. Proven ability to conduct audits and reviews, and identify areas for improvement.
6. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
