Marketing Manager - Workplace Infrastructure (WPI)
Domnic Lewis has been mandated to hire a Marketing Manager for a prominent company in the healthcare and medical equipment sector.
Experience Required - 13+ years
Location - Mumbai (Preferred)
Working days - 5 days
Industry Focus - Candidates should have a solid track record in the medical marketing segment, with recent experience in healthcare, medical equipment, and infrastructure solutions.
Product Experience Mandatory - Masks, filters, respirators, gas detectors, breathing apparatus, protective suits, fire gear, air systems, helmets, gloves, boots, decontamination equipment and similar products.
About the Role
The Marketing Manager for WPI will spearhead strategic marketing initiatives to support business development within the fast-evolving healthcare infrastructure sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the execution of marketing plans for WPI products across India & South Asia.
- Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with sales leaders to derive insights from market trends for strategic planning.
- Develop customer segmentation and go-to-market strategies for WPI, working closely with sales teams and customers.
- Conduct market research on customer needs, buying behaviors, and competitive landscape.
- Design and execute training plans for the WPI team to enhance product knowledge and competencies.
- Build strategies with key consultants, KOLs, and MEP agencies for brand awareness and thought leadership.
Internal Collaboration
- Partner with global and APAC marketing teams for product launches, segmentation, pricing, channel strategies, and sales enablement.
- Drive initiatives to improve customer experience, retention, and win/loss tracking for competitive growth.
- Conduct research on market trends and customer insights, and build business cases for new product development.
- Work closely with India's production team to support both local and global demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in sales, operations, marketing, and digital to implement growth strategies.
Desired Profile
- MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (focus on Medical Equipment & Healthcare Infrastructure preferred).
- Minimum 15+ years in medical marketing or combined sales and business development.
- Proven track record in executing marketing campaigns, strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in market research tools.
Additional Requirements
- Experience in the India & South Asia healthcare market and familiarity with medical infrastructure is a plus.
- Competence in digital marketing channels and automation tools.
