About Halma Company HFI
HFI is a new business unit under the Halma Safety sector, created to deliver simplified safety solutions to India and beyond. Our mission is to nurture partnerships and address intricate safety requirements with simplified, affordable, and globally recognized solutions.
As HFI, we manufacture fire safety products and solutions, and provide consultancy, training, and full technical support, so that you always have peace of mind in knowing that your assets are given the best possible protection from fire.
Roles Responsibilities
Conducting all type assembly work to produce a semi-finished or final product/ fire devices / Panels, including the packing where integrated with the production line.
Reading and interpreting the technical diagrams/ Instructions and documents for assembly of products/ Systems/ Panels.
Regular Quality testing as part of defined production process.
Conducting shop floor operations in compliance with health and safety guidelines and report any non-compliance.
Maintain and monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and adjust as necessary to meet quality targets and maintain the clean work area.
Plan and organize production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products while optimizing resources and minimizing waste.
Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
Academic Qualifications
BE/Diploma in a Mechanical/ Electronics field.
Experience
Experience 5-6 Years in production field.
Key Attributes
Good knowledge of manufacturing tool and equipment.

Organising skills.
Ability to create ad follow schedules.
Good in commercial awareness.
Good in technical skill.
