Centific - Technical Project Manager - .Net/Node.js/React.js (12-15 yrs)

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, youll lead software engineering projects in one of our core programming languages and influence teams that design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software. You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate clearly with project stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

- Manage programs, define milestones and success criteria, and allocate resources.

- Develop tools and processes to improve software engineering productivity.

- Exercise technical judgment in working with large, cross-functional teams.

- Build positive, trusting relationships through consistent, on-time delivery of commitments and effective communication.

- Will have end to end ownership of cross-functional projects, including product definition, roadmap planning, resource planning and project execution.

- Along with business initiatives, will also lead the definition and execution of strategic projects aimed at reducing the total cost and time to market for launch.

- Will work closely with business and operations leadership, including executive leadership at US, to define the product and provide updates on the program.

- At the heart of this role is delivery. He/She will be hands-on in driving the delivery of critical business initiatives, managing all aspects of the project such as project planning, requirements definition, risk management, communication, and implementation planning.

- Will be a technical problem solver on the team, identifying innovative solutions to project deadlocks and resolving issues and constraints through consensus and sound judgment.

- Will be responsible for making project decisions, achieving tactical goals while retaining a strategic focus.

-Will work closely with the development teams and play a leadership role in product architecture and design

Minimum qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.

- 12+ years of experience in program management.

- Experience in Leading .Net, Node.Js, GraphQL, Kafka, SQL projects.

- Nice to have Experience in Leading GraphQL, Kafka projects.

Preferred qualifications :

- Master's, PhD degree, or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical related field.

- Experience managing execution and high quality product delivery.

- Ability to exercise technical judgment in solving software engineering challenges.

- Ability to be an influential member of a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
