Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role requires frequent travel (4-5 times per month to multiple locations) to connect with potential and existing clients, proactively follow up on leads, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate is a dynamic communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel frequently (4-5 times per month) to different locations for sales meetings, client visits, and lead generation.
• Identify and contact prospective clients through phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Proactively follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into clients.
• Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Distribute marketing materials via WhatsApp, email, and other digital platforms to engage clients and generate leads.
• Present company products/services effectively and persuasively to clients.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and customer feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in chemical/ pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel frequently and manage multiple locations efficiently.
• Proficiency in phone, email, and in-person sales techniques.
