Plant Head Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring smooth production processes.
• Manage and supervise manpower efficiently to meet production targets.
• Coordinate with the engineering department for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ensure quality control (QC) standards are met and maintained.
• Train and mentor new employees to improve operational efficiency.
• Implement safety protocols and compliance measures within the plant.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Knowledge and experience with DCS
• 3 - 4 years experience in chemical/ pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance, engineering, and quality control processes.
