Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their needs and pain points      
• Generate leads by using various databases.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.    
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.      
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.     
• Prepare and deliver the presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing our products value propositions and competitive advantages.      
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences      
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.      
• Collaborate with team members to achieve results.      
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.      
• Maintain accurate records of all sales calls and remarks in CRM.

Preferred candidate profile :

+ Bachelor's Degree

+ At least 5 years of experience in sales

+ Go-getter attitude with a problem-solving mindset

+ Good communication skills
