As a Sales Executive at, you will be responsible for driving membership and space rental sales within our co-working environment. You will actively seek out new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Your goal is to maximize revenue through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting efforts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
Understand client needs and propose appropriate co-working solutions to meet those needs.
Conduct tours of our facilities and effectively communicate the benefits of our co-working spaces.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to key decision-makers.
Negotiate terms and pricing agreements to close sales and achieve quotas.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance sales strategies and promotional efforts.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update customer information in the CRM system.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role, preferably in real estate, or co-working spaces
Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
2-5 years experience.
