Job Opportunity: HR Analyst / Workforce Management Analyst

Location: Jaipur(Work From Office) | Interview Process: Face-to-Face Only

Are you passionate about data-driven decision-making and workforce optimization? We are looking for an experienced HR Analyst / Workforce Management Analyst to join our growing team in Jaipur. In this role, you'll play a key part in analyzing workforce data, optimizing resource management, and driving insights to support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze workforce data and trends to enhance resource management and workforce planning.
Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to provide key insights for leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align workforce strategies with business needs.
Present data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure the accuracy of data and reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors).

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
4-8 years of experience in an HR Analyst or Workforce Management Analyst role.
Strong skills in data analysis, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros), and HR systems.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data simply.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
