• Ensure accurate creation and activation of vendor codes, confirming GST applicability and activation.
• Validate and review critical documents such as PAN card, GST Certificate, MSME certificate, RERA, and Cancelled Cheque.
• Oversee the creation of draft invoices for eligible channel partners, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Obtain necessary management approvals for received invoices and submit all supporting documents to the accounts department.
• Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure timely booking and processing of invoices in the system.
• Calculate and manage additional ladder incentives for projects, ensuring correct brokerage eligibility.
• Collaborate with sales teams across multiple sites to ensure smooth communication and process flow.
• Maintain and update daily MIS reports related to invoices, accounts data, and payment statuses.
• Generate detailed reports on Channel Partner bookings, ladder offers, invoice processing, and CP payment statuses.
• Managed vendor code creation and verification processes for Channel Partners, ensuring proper documentation compliance.
• Processed and validated tax invoices from Channel Partners, checking unit costs, brokerage percentages, and GST details.
• Managed Channel Partner payment data, banking details, and ensured timely processing and updates of payment information.
