Location / Region: Approved By: Job PurposeDirect ReportsKey FiguresPolycab India Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Executive for our Management Information Systems (MIS) team within the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) division. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and analyzing MIS reports that drive decision-making and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure data accuracy and provide actionable insights to support project management and business strategies.

• Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a masters degree is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in MIS management or data analysis, preferably within the EPC sector.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

AccountabilitiesResponsibilitiesAuthorities Data Management: Collect, validate, and manage data from various sources to create comprehensive reports that support project planning and execution.
Report Development: Design and generate regular and ad-hoc MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide insights into project performance, resource allocation, and financial metrics.
Analysis and Insights: Analyze data trends and patterns to identify opportunities for improvement and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, finance, and operations teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment on reporting needs.
System Optimization: Assist in the development and optimization of MIS tools and systems, ensuring they are user-friendly and meet the evolving needs of the organization.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on MIS systems and reporting tools, fostering a data-driven culture within the EPC division.
Compliance and Standards: Ensure that all data reporting complies with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices in MIS and data analysis, recommending enhancements to existing processes and systems.
