Technical Expertise:

• Possess a deep understanding of concrete admixtures, including their chemical compositions, functionalities, and applications.
• Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in admixture technology, and relevant regulatory standards.

Sales Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.

Techno-Functional Collaboration:

• Concrete Technologist /Conduct routine quality inspections and testing of admixture products.Analyze test results and report findings to the production and management teams..
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.
