Job Description
- Candidate will be a part of core team of Investment Risk Monitoring Business in Mumbai.
- It will be closely working on the Real Estate Projects for the fund houses.
- Will require to analyse sales, cost and cashflows of the project.
- Need to analyse the projected Business Plan and co-relate it with the actuals as on date.
- Closely monitor utilisation of funds released for the project.
- Will be responsible for looking after Operations Management including Due Diligence, Escrow Account Monitoring, NoC issuance tracking, fund release monitoring, etc. for Real Estate projects.
- Should have knowledge of IFRS, Financial Analysis, Risk Assessment and ability to interpret Accounts.
- Good communication and analytical skills, report writing capabilities and detail-oriented
- Min 1 year of experience in Finance/Accounting or Audit preference for candidates who have worked for Real Estate Funds, Developers, Equity Research, etc.
- Should be well-versed with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Accounting and Taxation knowledge.
- Educational Background – Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Finance from Tier A / B institute / CA / CA-Inter.
