1. There is absolutely no work-life balance with management calling you up on weekends and asking you to show photographs (in case you reason out that you are not at home/ available at work) 2. The company will tweak its policies towards compensation basis their whims and fancies 3. Especially, during times of COVID-19, employees were pushed to work despite them undergoing hospital treatment/ caring for family members who were infected 4. Senior and middle management would work as per their schedules over the weekends with no consideration for the personal space of junior staff 5.
