Role & responsibilities:

• Travelling all across the city/state and identifying relevant properties/real estate.
• Interacting with the Landlords/Developers either directly/Phone calls/Emails and get the information about the property
• Compiling all collected details in PPT/Excel Sheet diligently
• Interaction with the clients of CBRE in necessary occasions

Desired Candidate:

• Candidate should have geographical knowledge about Hyderabad or Tirupathi
• Candidate should own Two-Wheeler with Active license.
• Language fluency: Telugu, Hindi & English
• Age : No Barriers
• Ideally young person with fewer financial commitments
• Educational Qualification : Min. Graduation
• Experience : Fresher or Maximum 3 yrs. Of corporate experience
• Industry Preferred : Retail, Real Estate, Construction, Delivery, Sales job
