Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Support Engineer at Cavli Wireless in Kochi. The Senior Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical and customer support, and ensuring the smooth operation of systems and networks on a day-to-day basis.

Job Description :

- Basic communication skills.

- Proactiveness and taking ownership of customer or internal issues.

- Capability to conduct research, diagnosis and troubleshooting of scenarios faces and identifying possible solutions to the same.

- Willingness to adhere to procedures for escalation and information transfer.

- Basic expertise in tools like MS Work, Excel, Powerpoint.

- Strong Development exp in Embedded, Hardware Systems.

Hardware :

- Basic expertise in understanding schematics, gerber etc.

- Basic Hardware testing experience good to have.

Software And Network :

- Basic expertise in understanding block diagram or logic flow of processes.

- Basic idea of API, SDK environment and tool chain compiler.

- Network Protocol testing experience good to have.

Qualifications :

- Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills.

- Customer Support and Customer Service experience.

- Proficiency in Operating Systems.

- Ability to work well in a team.

- Experience in the IoT or tech industry is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
