Job Description

Role Purpose

As the PR and Influencer Marketing executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing Cavas public relations, influencer partnerships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the companys brand visibility, create impactful content, and develop long-term relationships with key influencers and creators.

Manage Influencer and PR Budget: Oversee and optimize the monthly Influencer and PR budget to ensure strategic allocation and effective use of resources for maximum impact.
Execute Barter Collaborations: Lead barter-based collaborations to generate User-Generated Content (UGC), ensuring high engagement and brand alignment across campaigns.
Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with content creators, influencers, and thought leaders on behalf of Cava to enhance brand presence and visibility.
Offline Event Activations: Ideate, plan, and execute offline event activations, ensuring they align with Cavas brand values and engage our target audience.
Oversee Social Media Channels: Manage and oversee the companys social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter (X), driving engagement and fostering a positive online community.

Qualifications Experience

Proven experience in public relations, influencer marketing.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Twitter (X).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Ability to analyze and track the effectiveness of PR and influencer marketing strategies.
