The purpose of the role is to play a critical role in driving both marketing and sales initiatives, with a focus on optimizing performance across various digital channels and maximizing revenue generation. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute integrated strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
Do
Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across digital channels including PPC, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and display advertising
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and revenue targets, ensuring a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and conversion
Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and sales, while maximizing ROI and minimizing acquisition costs
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth, audience targeting, and campaign optimization
Analyse campaign performance data, generate actionable insights, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.
Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing collateral that drive engagement and conversion.
Monitor and manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and optimization of resources to achieve KPIs and revenue targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, analytics, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience across marketing and sales touchpoints.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing and sales, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition
Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for key stakeholders, highlighting campaign results, insights, and recommendations for optimization

Qualifications Experience
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and sales, with a focus on performance marketing and revenue generation.
Proven experience managing PPC, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and display advertising campaigns.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
Knowledge of sales techniques, processes, and CRM systems is a plus
