Videographer

• We are seeking a skilled and creative Cameraman to join our real estate team. This role involves capturing high-quality videos and images of properties, documenting company events, and producing engaging short-form content like reels and shorts for our social media platforms.
• The ideal candidate will also be responsible for covering events featuring the Managing Director, ensuring a professional and polished representation of our brand.

Responsibilities:

Property Photography Videography:

• Capture high-quality images and videos of real estate properties, focusing on both interiors and exteriors.
• Ensure visual content showcases the unique features and appeal of each property.
• Stage and prepare scenes to create aesthetically appealing visuals.

Event Coverage:

• Document company events, especially those involving the Managing Director, including awards ceremonies, office launches, and client meetings.
• Capture candid and posed shots, as well as video highlights of important moments.

Content Creation for Digital Platforms:

• Create engaging reels, shorts, and videos for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Edit and enhance videos to align with the companybranding and messaging.

Coordination and Scheduling:

• Work closely with the marketing team to plan shoots for properties, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with real estate agents, property owners, and stakeholders to schedule and execute shoots.

Post-Production:

• Edit and retouch photos using tools like Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop.
• Edit videos with software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools to produce polished and professional outputs.

Equipment Management:

• Handle, maintain, and transport photography and videography equipment.
• Ensure proper setup and breakdown of equipment during shoots.

Requirements:

Skills Experience:

• Proficiency in photography and videography techniques, including lighting, composition, and framing.
• Experience with professional editing software (eg, Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro).
• Knowledge of social media trends and short-form content creation.
