We are looking for a talented and creative Content Writer fluent in Tamil and English to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling, engaging, and audience-targeted content for digital and print platforms. This role involves creating marketing materials, blogs, social media posts, and promotional content in both Tamil and English, with a strong emphasis on real estate and corporate branding.
Responsibilities :
Content Creation: Write engaging and creative content in Tamil and English for blogs, social media, websites, brochures, and advertisements. Develop compelling headlines, taglines, and captions tailored to different platforms and audiences. Marketing Branding:
Craft marketing materials that align with the companytone, voice, and branding.
Social Media Content:
Develop bilingual content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including reels, posts, and stories. Keep up with social media trends to produce viral and innovative content.
Event Support:
Write press releases and event coverage content, including those involving the Managing Director. Provide creative content support for events, launches, and awards.
Translation Localization:
Translate English content into Tamil and vice versa, ensuring cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy. Adapt content to suit regional nuances and preferences.
Research Analysis:
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to create impactful content. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to brainstorm new content ideas.
Requirements:
Language Proficiency:
Strong writing skills in Tamil and English with excellent grammar, spelling, and vocabulary. Ability to write formal, creative, and promotional content in both languages.
Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in content writing or copywriting (preferably in real estate, marketing, or advertising). A portfolio showcasing bilingual writing samples is highly desirable.
Skills:
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Knowledge of SEO principles and social media trends. Proficiency in using content management tools and editing software is a plus.
Flexibility:
Ability to adapt tone and style based on the target audience and platform. Willingness to take on diverse writing tasks, from creative scripts to formal reports.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Journalism, Communications, Literature, or a related field. Familiarity with real estate or corporate branding is an added advantage.
