Job Description

I. Planning and Execution:

Receivables Management:

To proactively manage the Accounts Receivable process, including the timely and accurate processing and payment receipt of all compliant and approved creditor invoices.
Process Accounts Receivable invoices in line with business rules, including
Sending invoices via email and assessing for legibility and validity
Matching invoice to Purchase Orders and Goods Receipt Note
Enter matched invoices accurately
Run invoices due for payment report for approval
Process credit notes and match to supplier invoice
Track and process approved employee expense claims
Perform monthly supplier reconciliation
Maintain supplier master file
Ensure timely response to supplier queries
Prepare analyses of accounts and produce monthly reports
Drive continuous improvement across the Accounts Receivable process.
- Client Information Management:
  
  Receive debtor details from internal stakeholders.
  
  For new clients, create and update client information in Tally, including client name, GST number, and address, along with detailed narrations.
  
  Invoice Preparation and Payment Receipt:
  
  Prepare and issue invoices to clients based on the provided details.
  
  Receive and record payments from clients through NEFT, RTGS, or IMPS.
  
  Ensure all payment receipts are accurately entered into Tally.
  
  Bank Reconciliation:
  
  Daily Reconciliation:
  
  Perform daily reconciliations of bank account balances against Tally account balances.
  
  Identify and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  
  II. Professional Development:

  Certified Real Estate Financial Analyst (CREFA)
  
  Real Estate Investment Certification (REIC)
  
  Courses and Certifications:
  
  GST Practitioner Certification
  
  International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) certification
