To coordinate Nodal officers of the Branches for attaining each Zonal office insurance/ MF / cross selling targets, Whole responsible for attaining Insurance /MF Budget. Adherence of guidelines of various Regulators from time to time and to aviod misselling, Direct responsible for SP /NISM enrolment and certification process across the Zones, Coordinate with Insurance Back Office activities, Preparation of daily / weekly / monthly MIS on various business Verticals, Analysis of various business data and to recommend ways for improving business, Helping the management in goal setting, strategic planning and evolving the business plans and their implementation, Any other responsibility or job as allocated by the management or reporting authority
