Job Description
Implementation of Retail Asset Products
Experience: 7 to 10 years
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience managing large-scale IT projects, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong technical skills in system architecture, database management, and programming languages such as Java, Python, and SQL
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices in retail asset management systems like LOS and LMS
- Strong expertise is UAT Testing
- Hands on experience in mentioned systems
- Strong functional understanding of assets products like Construction Equipment, Commercial Vehicle
- Should be well versed with compliance and RBI guidelines
- Good experience in defining customer journeys for onboarding and loan management system
