Implementation of Digital Contact Centre

Experience: 7 to 10 years

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience managing large-scale IT projects, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of retail banking trends and best practices in call center.
• Responsible for identifying project stakeholders, managing stakeholder expectations, and communicating project status to stakeholders.
• Responsible for identifying and managing project risks and issues that may impact stakeholders.
• Strong technical skills in call center system architecture, database management
• You should also have a strong understanding of contact center, strong expertise is UAT Testing.
• Should be well versed with compliance and RBI guidelines.
