Manage all the IT related activity of the department.

Experience: 2 to 10 years

Qualifications:
Graduation (IT Specialization)
MBA
Chartered Accountant

1. Liaising with cross-functional delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions, and solicits feedback which is then used to continuously improve outcomes.
2. Develop implementation plans for dealing with complex requests for change or the introduction of new services, evaluating risks to the integrity of infrastructure inherent
   in proposed implementations and review the effectiveness of change implementation Reporting & Analysis.
3. Any other duties and responsibilities, assigned by the Bank.
4. Ensuring reliability and stability by establishing, implementing, and following processes which maintain uptime, introduce new services quickly and with minimal interruptions, and recover services rapidly while minimizing negative customer impact if and when they go down.
5. Conceptualize, develop & implement all Gold Loan-related modifications in the system/process, in turn providing technology - that affects the ease of doing business.
6. Identify & fix gray areas in the existing system process flow.
