Vertical Head - Delinquency Management & Portfolio Risk Monitoring

This role plays a critical part in safeguarding the organization against credit risks and ensuring regulatory compliance, ultimately supporting sustainable growth and financial stability.

Qualification needed: MBA Finance

1. Create and refine monitoring frameworks and early warning systems (EWS) to proactively identify and track risks, ensuring comprehensive alerts for potential credit issues or fraud.
2. Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines on IRAC norms, aligning IT systems for timely and accurate NPA recognition and reporting while keeping abreast of regulatory updates.
3. Implement consistent tracking and follow-up on delinquency events across all products, addressing technical issues and conducting periodic portfolio reviews to recommend corrective actions.
4. Facilitate compliance with RBI norms for the revival of stressed MSME borrowers, overseeing timely committee meetings with stakeholders.
5. Oversee the timely submission of reports to RBI, the Board, and management, while automating reporting processes to reduce errors and enhance efficiency.
